My parents teach me to put an elastic band around the cap of the jar, and with some struggle, it actually opens.
But I have a better idea - please follow me on this.
Suppose you want to remove a screw from the wall, do you turn the wall or the screw?
If your answer is the wall, then you are using my parents’ method to open.
But if your answer is the screw, then you should try holding the cap and turn the jar.
