Wing Yee - Singer/Songwriter & Guitarist: REALITY ALLEY

- "rush hour 3": my review

Hey, Chris Tucker, I think it’s time for you to give up being Michael Jackson. You’ve been hanging out with Jackie Chan in the wrong places because he can’t sing. Please Stop Singing!

As for the director, the “You / Me” scene with the Kung Fu Master is a boring worn out cliché cheap shot. Elton John’s “Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word” didn’t fit the “You’re not my brother anymore” sequence. Nonetheless, the fashion designer gag with the French girls was clever.

Overall, the movie has a couple of interesting twists with the taxi driver and his political comments of America. It’s too bad they couldn’t have the subtitles in French because the scene with the nun would not have worked and the whole movie would not make sense. I’d give it a 4 out of 5 stars, it’s a fun entertaining movie as expected – except for the singing, of course.
