Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) is a substance use to enhance the flavour of the food we eat (found mostly in Chinese Cuisine and snack foods like Potato Chips). It can trigger an allergic reaction in some people depending on the amount that was applied.
Tips: If the food you eat is not salty but you are extremely thirsty, then you know you’re eating a lot of MSG.
Emergency remedy: Suck on a slice of raw lemon and keep it in your mouth for 10 minutes.
